RA Power Solutions are the portable, light-weight onsite crankshaft grinding machine manufacturing specialist. The machine is used for grinding of crankshafts of main and auxiliary engines, compressors, pumps and for all applications. Rotor shaft, turbine shaft, alternator shaft can also be polished and grinding can be done insitu without removing the shaft from the casing.
In case of high and medium capacity diesel engines, the crankshaft gets damaged due to continuous running or gets worn out. This requires repair of crankshaft by highly precision equipment. Crankshaft grinding of compressor shaft, diesel engine , pump and all rotatory equipments is possible now onsite without removing the crankshaft from the compressor casing or engine block. RA Power Solutions undertakes onsite crankshaft grinding upto 700 mm diameter.
